Q3 Reflection

15. Hands-on-line

This is your third Quest and you are going to reflect on online learning. Follow the steps below to create a presentation and upload the file to your File Space.

Key Vocabulary:

Face-to-face online class: the teacher and the student are always in the class together

Hybrid online class: Hybrid or Blended are names commonly used to describe courses in which some traditional face-to-face "seat time" has been replaced by online learning activities.

1. Create a presentation (using PowerPoint, Prezi, Google Presentations) about online learning that answers the following questions:

Which class would you choose? (face to face, hybrid, or 100% online?) Explain your choice.

Do you feel that online learning is a good fit for a student like you? Why or why not?

Look back at the six characteristics. Which of these are your strengths? Which of these are weaknesses?  Reference your pros and cons graphic organizer that you created in Quest 2.

2. Save your presentation and share it with your teacher. Your teacher may have you present your project to the class.
